Ok, here's the deal. I've been lifting for the last 14 years and finally decided to take it serious I'am 36 years old. Thinking about competing by summer in June. I've made alot of gains but want to put more muscle on. Need help on learning what works. I have good definition and upper body muscularity. But, would like to know if I'm dieting right. I eat low carb, high protein meals basically meat, veggie and take protein 3 times a day. Take supplements on daily basis before after workouts. ------------------

Welcome to the board! I assume by the info you furnished you feel that your lower body is not up to par w/your upper body (I FEEL YOUR PAIN! ) If you are seriously considering competing then you will have to develop your legs - a great upper body is only 1/2 a body (God, do I know this well.). To grow any muscle you will have to EAT.....and this means more than three times p/day. You will need to eat all kinds of clean, healthy food - protein, fat AND carbs (complex AND fibrous). Then when you are getting closer to competition you can go on a cutting diet, strip away the fat and water and unveil those AMAZING legs! Give us more information. Your height, weight and bf% if known and hang! You've come to THE RIGHT PLACE for nutrition, training, contest prep info and soooooooo much more! ------------------
