What do ya'll think the "top" fitness pros cycles are? Are they using the heavier gear now, because some of the woman are starting to look very thick and almost too lean. (ex. timea, Monica,Jenny Worth...) I was just curious... ![]() ![]() ![]()

Well, they are obviously using GH... some quite heavily from the looks of it. I think T3 is a pretty safe lock, too. Clen is a safe bet also. Anabolic wise... anavar I'd guess, mabye something a little heavier, but not much more so. Nothing too androgenic. You know, the same stuff the top level "naturals" do. Nah, T3 isnt a big deal. If you use it smart its very helpful for dieting. As for GH... Mandy Blanks chin didnt get like that on purpose! (heh heh, now I dont want anyone getting mad at that. Mandy Blank is my favorite fitness competitor... the face, the body, the whole shebang!) ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

GH is pretty scary. I train at a gym with a lot of wrestlers, and I can tell a big difference from 5 years ago. Their teeth are spreading apart, there head is shaped funny...one "genetic freak" gut is so bad he looks 6 months pregnant. Yikes! My old man is OK with winny and a few others, but that hard core stuff is scary (and expensive)! ![]() ![]() ![]()

How much GH do you think they are using? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

GH if used within reason shouldn't be causing serious sides. If any of you have the Oct 99 issue of Oxygen Magazine, the following was printed; a pro fitness girls cycle. (I placed between sixth and ninth.) Here's an idea of what I took for the show: Winstrol-V (1/2 cc, 3 days/week; 1 cc, 3 days/week, six weeks) Anavar (10 x 2.5 mg tabs/day, last four weeks) Primobolan injectable (1 cc twice weekly up to four weeks out) Clenbuterol (almost ongoing but stepped up use the last four weeks for burning fat) If I calculated correctly, it comes to about 2000 mg/wk. Yeah, GH is great if used correctly. The MAndy Blank crack was a joke anyhow, people have made that comment, but I personally think he just has a square shapped jaw naturally. Come to think of it, I saw that article too. Im suprised T3 wasnt mentioned! I was told by a friend in the business (not competing, but promotions and the corporate end) that the almost all use T3 (or 4)... ehh, mabye this particular one doesnt, or mabye she didnt want to mention it?? ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I read somewhere that Mandy Blank does like an hour of cardio am, an hour later in the day, 6-7 days a week...plus dances at a night club a few days a week for a couple of hours! Talk about cardio out the whazoo! I know she has hurt her back, so i'm guessing she's backed off a little bit right now. What do ya'll think about this - cause if she has gone like this for so long, with all the cardio and living off low-carbs, don't you think her body is going to try to fight back eventually? How much difference will gear make in this? I'm asking b/c it seems that lots of competitors just slip off into nowhere after a few years...i'm guessing b/c their bodies can't take it anymore and all the training/dieting has taken its toll... ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

HT, a big reason is the lack of pay when you compare the work involved. Very few ladies make enough to justify the extreme measures in the long haul. If you want to be a well compensated female athlete, then golf and tennis (or maybe soccer and beach volly ball) is about all you really have.
