Hello everyone, this is only my second time posting. I need some help!!! I am 5'9" and weigh 155. I am interested in loosing 15lbs by March. I eat good foods, but i need a few inputs on what type of workout I should be doing. I would like to start off with cardio for now. So if someone could help me, that would be great. What is your % body fat? If you are 12%, 155 and 5'9", I'd say you're in pretty good shape. What's your workout like now? F1 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

What is your body fat?? 5'9 is pretty tall and 155 is not really that big. First I would get that done and see where you are at as far as % of bf. Make sure you are eating a diet high in protein and watch your carbs. Eat 4-5 times a day... small meals throughout the day. Also you should incorporate weight training 3-4 days a week along with cardio on alternating days. Drink plenty of water!!! I would weight train along with your cardio even in the begining. Thanks for the replies. I know that i am at a normal weight, but i am very sure that my body fat is high. I have not had it measured, but i can see it is high. I guess you can say i just wanna tone up? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

in all seriousness she isnt fat. i think she should drink a lil more water. come to the damn gym with me MORE. maybe start a lil weight program(more muscle=more calories burned) and then if all else fails hit a lil ECA for a couple weeks. you WILL adjust to the caffeine rush. she is tall and slender. looks like an attainable version of nicole kidman. and then if you arent happy in the end tell the bastards at merril lynch to hook up a raise and buy those boobs you wanted. your smallness on top might be creating an optical illusion when it comes to your size(ok not the right answer, but a cool one). like i said ill hold off my gym time to whenever you are available. you still havent taken advantage of that fact. youd attain your goal FAST becuase you can drop weight SO easily. just have to work a lil. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
