Eat, train, grow and eat s'more! After bulking up to 140# I have started to lean out for my shoot on 22nd. I've dropped a lot of water and some fat and I am happy to report that it seems like my legs have FINALLY GROWN! And I have made quite satisfactory strength gains. My bench is not up to where I'd like it to be and I wasn't able to deadlift what I would've liked. But, my pectoral and shoulder development are satisfactory....I guess the bench thing is just a number in my head and I need to get over that. The deadlift thing, well that's only a matter of time. YEEEEAAAAAAAAAAY! Don't get me wrong....I still have a looooong way to go. But it feels good to finally make some progress. I'm hoping to have my legs up to where I will be satisfied in 1 - 2 years. YOU GO TEMPLE! and TXSMGURL....Glad to see you posting and making progress. Whenever you need some positive reinforcement just log on. ------------------

Juicy I want to be able to bench 135#, unassisted for reps. I know it is really stupid, especially since my pecs have really decent development and I can't afford for them to get any bigger. But there is just something about the notion of how that would look to all the haters in the gym...little me pushing all that weight - tee-hee. I wanted to deadlift 225# at least twice, but alas, I couldn't get it up even once! At least I got one negative...on the way down LOL! Here....I could DEFINITELY use the size (lower back, lats, glutes, hams). Sr Gato - I was about 116-118#. I am 5'3", I'm guessing about 12 -13% bf. ------------------

12-13% bodyfat- i don't think so - looks lower to me in the pic.

Honestly, that's pretty accurate. Because I am a lightweight and my upper body development is pretty decent I rip-up up top fairly easily, but my legs, now THAT is a different story. Yes I get hard, but not too much definition. That is why I need those puppies TO GROW! Usually when my bf starts to get below 12% I get that drawn sickly frugly look that so many people love (being facetious). ------------------
