I'm doing a modified version of your first cycle you posted for me a while back.I uped the deca to 400mg/week and SUS to 750mg/week I'm on week 4 and Im up 24 lbs. Starting weight 244 BF% 14% The 40 mg of d-bol/day is making me hold a ton of water so BF% is gonna be hard to take. Thanks

I forgot to tell you guys this. When FC was spotting ya at the bench after I was done with my set of pull-downs and just trying to hold up the equipment until she got back to hammer my ass some more....a dude who was just standing there commented, "That guy over there is CRAZY and FUCKING STRONG AS SHIT!" Excellent ![]() Now fricking email me so you don't get that damn nile sust shit again! 400mg of deca and the 750 of sust is just perfect. And don't take the dbol more that five weeks - and I know what you mean about holding water. Wife calls me "Stay Puff" after the Stay Puff Marshmellow Man... hehehehe.
