...are you ready-----I know we agreed on the place-at 6, right-----Me & IG agreed we'd rather go to your gym if that would work--- that way we don't have to sit through any annoying bs to use the passes--we know how that gym is....so if its okay---6 at the same place we trained last few times....let me know- i cannot find your phone ###...Help! | ||

I took last nite off - feel like my pneumonia may be returning so I refilled my perscription. BMom and FC have realized that it is REALLY FUCKING UNFAIR that they train together and have the audacity to rub our noses in it so they have graciously agreed to send us all round trip first class plane tickets and put us up in a really nice hotel so we can all come play too. This kind of reminds me of when we were kids and somebody had a birthday party and didn't invite you! Really, the least you two could do is post a set by set detailed description of what y'all are doing so we could at least try to keep up on our own. | ||

okay, well, if I was rich I would invite you all, airfare,& hotel expenses included....but since the funds are running low this month, here is a breakdown of what we did tonite.... Warmmup 3 sets of pullups, wide grip---12 reps
Bent Over Rows---75x14, 85x12, 85x12 Wide Grip pulldowns----90x14, 100x12, 130x8, 120x10 Close Grip Pulldowns---100x10, 110x8, 130x6 Inverted Grip Pullups 2 sets till failure (using a dead hang at the bottom of each rep as to totally fry the back!) Needless to say i am fried!!!!BMOM----how are you????? | ||

Unfortunatley BMoms gym has one bench thats any good some Idiot was on it for 45 minutes. So I did a HIT style workout 3 sets for Chest Flat bench warm-up Biceps Standing Dumbell curls 80lbs to failure (12reps) each arm Took me a whopping 18 minutes to do I was panting like a dog when done and had a killer pump..but of course I look like a sausage from all the water I'm holding and my BP is making my eye balls look funny I think it scares B-mom.

Yo dude, it's gonna take A LOT MORE than seeing your eyeballs shoot across the gym to scare me! hehe One teency-weency detail that FC is leaving out here is that I can NOT handle the weight she does.....we "modify" a bit to accomodate us weaklings. ....and as to how I'm feeling, let's just say that I'm feeling muscles in my back that I've NEVER felt before. :O ....and as for IG's sausage comment, I started indulging on Thanksgiving and forgot to stop - and I gots me a photo shoot on the 22nd (or there abouts). Hhhhhhhmmmm, I think I should start my diet tomorrow, what do ya'll think? ------------------ | ||

Oh, just to give you all an idea of the weight adjustments - pullups - 12, 6, 6 reps deadlifts - 135x12, 135x12, 185x10, 185x10 bentover rows - 85x4, 75x12, 75x15 widegrip pulldowns - 90x14, 100x12, 110x6, closegrip pulldowns - 80x12, 90x10, 90x15 I really started to peeter-out towards the end so FC had pitty on my pathetic weakling self and eased up a bit on me. I believe the line she used was, "I want you to be able to pick your kids up tomorrow." Yea, well they're too f'in heavy to be picked up anyways....DAMMIT I still had to vacuum the damned house though.....SHIT, I have a newfound appreciation for the deadlift - hehe. ------------------ |
