Hi Everyone, Here are a few of my competition pictures. (They'll be available on myimager.com until 12a.m.) Honestly assess my physique. No flames please~smile! This is what I've accomplished in the last 1 1/2 years I've been training. This is without AS usage (as if you couldn't tell .I'm the one in the silver swimsuit in the stage photo(top 5) My bodyfat was at 8%, my waist actually got down to 22 inches (haven't seen that number since before baby). Yes BM I'm a mother also

WOW, you look really good....which is an understatement. You look very proportioned, and perfectly muscular. Just out of curiosity, what is your height?

Thanks for the compliments! Hi Fitgal, I'm 5'11. I'm always the tallest fitness competitor. Which is good and bad. The judges always tell me to add more muscle but then they tell me my symmetry is excellant. Also the judges tend to look at me more closely since they can't miss me onstage~smile!

Wow, you are really tall. I was wanting to compare your weight with your height and body fat%, just curious trying to figure out what a good competition size/weight would be for myself. I'm 5'8 and although have not competed yet, feel as though I may stand out because of my height. I don't think I could ever get down to 127 (even at my height), but you look really great anyhow. Thanks for posting your pics, you should show off all that hard work

Tight yet still feminine. Very impressive! By the way where did you place in that show? [This message has been edited by edgecrusher (edited November 26, 2000).]

Your pics look great! Your symetry is definately good. Do you have a hard time with your routine since you are so tall?

I won that show (Nov 18th). I had a hard time learning gymnastics. I'm very flexible (I start my routine in a standing vertical split-heel stretch). I'm a pretty good dancer so I do well with choreography. I also have a two time Aerobic Champion Ken Berkely choregraphing my routine and teaching me new strength moves. My routine is packed with flexibility and strength moves with the dancing moves pulling everything together. I have all the required national level NPC mandatory moves incorporated in my routine.

Sista ME - your physique proves amazingly well what I have been saying for years now: just because a woman has had a child (or two or three or......hehe) does not mean that she is doomed to shop at Lane Bryant! Yes, your physique is balanced and symmetrical (meaning that no part of your body is more overly developed than the other). At your height I understand how difficult it is to add mass, especially on those long legs. But I think you could do with a bit more on your legs (glute-hamstring tie-ins could be a little tighter, hams, quads, calves could use some size.....hey, this is the pot calling the kettle black here - hehe!) and upper body as well, especially if you want to go national in the NPC. You should be proud of your accomplishments. It must have felt damned good to cream the other competitors who are younger than you and who have had NO CHILDREN! YOU GO! ------------------

Hey girl the picts are great. I saw them the other day yet am just now getting around to writing. Have you ever used any AS? Sorry if this has been covered. Your really amazing to be so tall. It can be very difficult to put on good muscle at that height.

Thanks Everyone. My main objective is putting more size on my legs (quads & hamstrings) & upper chest. My hips look smaller because of my lats and shoulders. I had to work to get this butt~smile! Pamela I listed my off-season diet on the diet discussion board. If you want you can email me and I'll give it to you in detail.
Thanks for the advice and critiquing. Everyone here IS very helpful |
