I have papers strewn all over the house. If I look hard enough, I can find months worth of eating journals and all the training routines I did for the first year and a half or better. After the "six month goal" thread I got to thinking and went back to see what I've accomplished. My first post on measurements (that I can remember) hit the screen in April; so since April this is what's happened. I did my very first cycle of anavar from 4/20 - 6/22. I ran a painful gauntlet with Body Opus in July. Then I did my first Deca cycle from 9/16 through 11/12. ..so that's 7 months. Weight:

Waaaaahhhh!!! Alright it's not that bad.... i looked back at my journal and I've dropped 52# of fat since feb. Dropped from a 40 inch waist to a 31 now...Can't find my original measures but I'll keep looking... have to remeasure now and see where I'm at...hard to figure because I'm so much leaner...I was at a scary 38%BF last feb...I need to drop this last 30# get down around 140 @ 5'4" and maybe 18%bf I'll be happy then I'll just pack on teh muscle...I'm not lifting for bulk right now because I can't get my right arm to lift enough and I'll start looking like a dork with a left side of my body huge so i'm just going lean and hard..I'm going to have that opposite look wonder lower body and weenie upper body... | ||

I just got a new ID picture taken at work and I put it up against my old one and honestly I don't recognize myself!
