I know, I have a fitness competitor physique....that's why they call me a lightweight, tee-hee. I do not possess the style, grace or gymnastic ability mandatory to compete in fitness. Shit, it took me 6 months just to learn how to pull my lats out...I guess now that I have lats, this helps too LOL! It is because I am a commercial model that though I do have the desire to put on some serious mass, I must keep my desires in check and focus on my wallet . Besides there is always time later to get bigger - hell, at the last few competitions I heard that lightweight beat the heavy (Are you paying attention FC?!). So, for now, my goals are quite simple: earn an obscene amount of money for standing there holding a package of diapers and becoming the lightweight that is feared by all the heavys! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA Hey, stop laughing, it could happen. What is corporate fitness? Does that have anything to do w/doing laps around the water cooler or manila envelope curling? ------------------

BM- Corporate Fitness gym are like regular gyms but they are in major coporations. ie. PSE&G, Pfizer, Lucent Technologies, etc.... I manage a corporate fitness center for a major corp. in NJ. I basically put together programs for people who work for the company. I supervise my Staff and make sure people have had a physical before they participate in our program. I have been working in Corporate fitness for the last 21/2 years. Gear doesn't run rampant in our centers. lol.... ------------------

Alas, I did not complete college. But then again, it would not have mattered as I would have majored in communication....if I had finished school.....one of my greatest regrets! ------------------

why don't you go go back to school while you children are in school. You can take your 3 communication credits each semester. It will take longer but you will finish. ------------------

Shoot Bikinimom I finished independent study at Vermont College of Norwich University. distance learning you design the program and go to the campus for one week every six months! Students from all over the world... You e-mail and write your mentor and classmates and do basically graduate level work to recieve the undergraduate degree!! U. Berkeley grad changed their admission requirements specifically for students coming out of our program (program's not graded and they required 4.0) You could finish your comm degree and focus it very specifically to what your interests are but still get a well rounded education because the way the program works you are forced to critique your work and perceptions very deeply...look here....http://www.norwich.edu/vermontcollege/programs.html

Yes, I should be shot! As a matter of fact one of my greatest fears is that any number of my daughters will someday say, "You didn't finish college and you did OK." So I NEVER pass up an opportunity to illustrate how difficult my life is because I never did get that piece of paper. I often have visions of graduating with one of my daughters. Sista Kaizen - thank you for the info. I had no idea that you could get a degree this way.....perhaps in the fall when my baby goes to school this will be a very real possibility for me. THANX! ------------------ |
