Hey, I want to play with BMom's and FC's chest.... er, I mean workout on their chests.... no, no, humm.... work with their chests... DAMN, I can't even think straight thinking about chest workouts.

What's you plan of attack? Have have seen your "To-Hell-And-Back" leg workouts. What do you do to punish your chest, in the same ruthless manor?

BMOM has now survived 2 grueling leg workouts---the last one we pushed so hard we both ALMOST vomited.....it was a killer...BMOM is awesome to train with---she is the best chick I have trained with yet...


The plan of attack for chest.....I love training chest-heavy-----I feel powerful when I do...heavy hard & intense is the game plan...something along the lines of...

Warmup on bench---bar 2 sets of 12
bench
95 x 8
135x 6-8
attempt at a o.r.m. (185??????)
155x failure
135x failure


-OR-

flat bench dmblls
warmup 2 sets of 35's x 8-10
45's x 12
55's x 8-10
65' x 4-6
attempt 75'2----(did 70's last week for 3-first time since implants)
drop down to 40's x failure

then will go to incline hammerstrength, starting out with a plate on each side for 12, the to a plate & a 25 for 8-10, then to 2 plates for as many as I can push...
followed by incline barbell presses,working with 95, 115, 7 finally 135, finishing up with either wide dips or pushups, 3 sets to failure.
i also do biceps on chest day

B-mom has done more than survive she has thrived..

She got intensity and alot of heart plus doesn't complain,question or quit, she just does it..

FC,

You are STRONG! I worked out chest today with Bev. My triceps are fried after this workout. Here's a sample workout plan. We vary it week to week. (nowhere nearly as strong as you):

Warmup with bar 2 sets of 12
Flat bench
85 @ 10
100 @ 10
120 @ 8-10
130 @6-8
drop set 85 @6

Incline Press Machine(she said I need to fill out my upper chest)

50lbs @ 12
65 @ 10
75 @ 10

Dumbbell flyes

25lbs(50) @ 12
2 sets of 30lbs(60) @ 10

Decline flyes
3 sets (30lbs) @12

Pushups until failure(incline & decline). These also improve my 1 arm pushups.

I'm a tall chick with long arms. Benching my bodyweight is a personal goal. I hope to increase it during my off-season. My strength went down when I was dieting. It was a struggle to go back to benching heavy today.
