I apologize if you've told us this somewhere else, but what do you want to accomplish with your training? How old and big are you? What gender??? What is your current training? Blah bla blah..... You're question can't be answered without at least some of this info. | ||

why so pricky im new in the gear stuff- all I have done is the corner of the gym dball. ok- im 47 and 185.lifted 4 days a week since 76. arms are big , along with the chest and triceps- people say -man your big- but id like them to say nice definition- thats about it on my profile- and hey give me a break- im here to learn. | ||

I'm certainly not trying to give you a hard time, I was just trying to ascertain what your goals are. Some poeple want to put on mass, some people want to lose fat, some want to get faster, stronger, build more endurance or just 'tone up'. I'm still not 100% sure I understand your question yet. I guess you must be male if you've taken dbol? And it sounds like you want to lose fat more than add muscle? If that's correct, then it is irrelevant whether you take winnie/flaxseed/ripped fuel or not. What's important is getting your diet in order, keeping your weight training intensity high (heavier weights with lower reps) and maybe throwing in some cardio. The supplements you mentioned are just accessories to use in conjunction with your program. |
