Hi, I just started my first cycle ... I'm looking to lean out keep some size while losing the last few pounds of fat. I have dieted a year (almost to the day) from 235 to 185 and lost a lot of muscle in the process. Anyways, I'm on 500 mg of Ara Test /week plus 500 mg of Ganabol /week. Also clen pyramid to max and down for 2 weeks then 2 weeks off substituting ECA. Also doing T3 for 6 weeks after 2 weeks into cycle (figure I'll let the Ara kick 8in before I start it.) Also gonna switch to 75 mg. of Test Prop. every 3 days after 4-5 weeks of the Ara. My question to you guys is diet. I'm in ketosis now and have been for a while now. What I figure I will do is just up my protien to like 200 - 250 g a day / keep carbs minimal and take in 3-4 teaspoons of flax like i usually do. Any carbs I do take oin are from either protien powder (2-3 gms serving) or the ocassional salad I have. BTW cardio 5-6 times a week. Any thoughts folks? | ||

Read the thread about wanting a cardio plan. Damn if know where this fricking cardio 5/6 times a week came from! Any long term success with weight loss MUST include muscle preservation and building using FREE WEIGHTS! Ok, done with the small rant.... What is your cycle use history? Using the T3/clen/eca all at once may be to much, have you done each in the past? Why are you switching to prop? Going to use clomid? ------------------ Lobo | ||

Thanx Lobo... Actually I'm going to do cardio more like 3x a week with some intermitent 2 a days (worked for me in the past.) As far as AS, this is my first cycle.... ans I'm never going to be on T3, Clen and ECA all at the same time. Clen: 2 weeks on, 2 off (substitute ECA). T3: 2 weeks in work your pyramid you gave on another post. So actually, at time will be running t3 and clen , t3 and ECA together. I never have had any probs with ECA and up to 4 a day on the clen and no problems at all .. probably easily hit 8 to 10 with no problem. Will be using Clomid at end and following cycle, have been using Proviron / Nova @ 25/20 every other day to keep down water retention and supress as much estrogen as possible. I'm switching to Prop in order to eliminate any water bloat that the ethenate might cause. Thanx for you r time. | ||

IG, I have made that mistake once in an email... It can get confusing - hell, I'm just now felling like everyone knows I'm a guy. Yikes, this is exactly how you combine the T3/clen and ECA - if one were to do it. You have never done T3, and are a first timer with gear as well. 1000mg of gear per week for a first time is over kill, and way over kill for a cutting cycle. Need to know your current BF and how tall are you? So you have been using Nolva and such without using any gear? ------------------ Lobo | ||

Thanx Lobo, The Proviron / Nova I started a week before the gear just to get it into my system. I agree that 1000 mg way be a lot, but if one takes precautions (ie clomid / nova / proviron / milk thistle (liver stuff)) is there any intrinsic harm? I'm keeping the cycle length short, 8 weeks. Its not like a precontest cutting cycle, but more just a "tightening up" .. add a little muscle, drop a bit of fat. After dieting so long, I figure I'm ready for an anabolic rebound, my metabolism is pretty much zero. I thought I'd take in a bit of test, some EQ for the synergy and hardening up .... throw in the Clen / t3 to keep the fat loss going. I mean I'm not a vet at this, but everything at least made sense to me when I put it all down to paper the first time =) I', ~6ft. at 187 and maybe 12% right now. I decided to go with 300 gms of protien and keeping the COH's to a minimum (only take in the incidental from whey and the salad / broccoli I eat once a day). Plus throw in the flax and I figure thats enough to support a positive nitrogen retention but not too much as to slow down any fat loss. Yikes | ||
