Does anyone have a clue what the Apollonian Ideal would be for a 5'3" woman? I realize that the neck, calves and and bi-ceps should all be the same. The chest is 3 x's that measurement and the quads should be half the chest, the waist 2 "'s more, but what would these measurements be. I have them for a 6'4" man, but don't know exactly how the equation works.

correct me if I'm wrong here, but isn't it pretty much dictated by the measurement of your neck?

My neck has actually grown during my current cycle, but I believe I started at 12 1/2". It just also happened that my biceps were the same...calves/calf lagging a bit.
I just cannot imagine my waist being half my chest +2" (and I'm 5'4")

There is an equation for height. A 6'4" man, (my man), should be :
Neck, Calves and Arms=20"
Chest: 60"
Waist:32"
Thighs:30" or half the chest.
I'm just not sure how to adjust for height.
These measurements are the "Ideal", and all body builders should work towards this symmetry. I realize it's not always possible but if I had some idea,I could at least use this as a goal.
