Does anyone have a clue what the Apollonian Ideal would be for a 5'3" woman? I realize that the neck, calves and and bi-ceps should all be the same. The chest is 3 x's that measurement and the quads should be half the chest, the waist 2 "'s more, but what would these measurements be. I have them for a 6'4" man, but don't know exactly how the equation works. ![]() ![]() ![]()

correct me if I'm wrong here, but isn't it pretty much dictated by the measurement of your neck? My neck has actually grown during my current cycle, but I believe I started at 12 1/2". It just also happened that my biceps were the same...calves/calf lagging a bit. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

There is an equation for height. A 6'4" man, (my man), should be : Neck, Calves and Arms=20" Chest: 60" Waist:32" Thighs:30" or half the chest. I'm just not sure how to adjust for height. These measurements are the "Ideal", and all body builders should work towards this symmetry. I realize it's not always possible but if I had some idea,I could at least use this as a goal. ![]() ![]() ![]() |
