Has anyone done primo alone? What kind of dosages did you do? What were the results and sides? And how many calories were you consuming a day? I know a lot of questions, but I just want to hear other peoples experiences, so that I don't go crazy. Thanks. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Yes. Like this: week 1: 100 mg shot + nizoral shampoo for hair EOD, and spironolactone in rubbing alcohol to my scalp morning, noon and night. Results: 10, oh maybe 15 lbs. all told. I had these lbs. before during the end of highschool, but lost them during college etc. I became "myself' again very quickly over the course of a couple of months and enjoyed a sense of health and strength. Added > 90# to squats and I could once again stack the cybex leg extension machine and do everything with ideal form. It would seem my relative amount of bodyfat stayed about the same, but my muscles began to show through it. And for once, instead of looking large as does a powerlifter, I also looked more like a BB. And all of this happened nice and slowly as if this is the way things were always meant to be. No side effects to speak of. I'm not accustomed to counting calories. Generally I have only nice things to say about primo. Any weight gain seemed to be firm and productive. No acne problems. I think a post similar to this should be in the archives somewhere?
