When i am doing db shoulder press i do not get that burnthat i so often get with other exercises I just feel a lot of stress basically or reistance however you want to put it i dont really feel the muscle working any advice to as what i should do? | ||

when you are pressing, try to think that you are squeezing your biceps towards your head. works for me. it will minimize the tricep involvement and allow you to think more of your delts. chances are you are treating it as a lifting movement and not a delt isolation press. just my thoughts on it. ------------------ Semper Fidelis | ||
