Hey bros. My legs are lacking in the area of outer thight sweep. Things are cool in regards to the thickness from the front of my quads to the hamstrings but i am having trouble with the outer part. To obtain that outer teardrop what is the best aproach when doing squats or leg presses? A wide stance or a close stance?? Please help guys i am doing legs tonight!!! | ||

If you do leg extensions: toes pointed inward Best exercise IMO for outer sweep Hack squats with feet about 5-10 inches apart and toes straight forward (going deep). Any Squating or leg pressing with feet fairly close will put more stress on outer quads. Superset those hack squats with sissy squats. no rest just pump the hacks to failure and crank out the sissy squats to make your legs burn even more. Legs need heavy weight to grow, there is real way to isolate the outside sweep but this will stimulate it to a much greater degree. If you really want quad size bad, make sure you have a garbage can nearby in case you puke. | ||

get a piece of plexiglass about 7 to 8 feet in length and about 3 feet wide. find a way to secure it to whatever surface it is on and place stop blocks at both ends (of course secured). Then in your sock feet slide back and forth like a speed skater. The first time you do it I bet you last maybe three minutes and your outer thighs will explode like nothing you have ever tried. the above routine and advice about the bucket are good, but I am tellin you, this will blow up your ourter thighs. | ||
