Ok..
Try to limit the carbs to a reasonable amount ..ie repenish glycogen and have enough for fuel as you sleep, but dont go overboard. Try to keep the protein high in your last meal, and the fats moderately low. I'd shoot for 100g of carbs, 60g protein, 10g fats.
If you really want to make an effort to gain while you sleep, I'd use a 50 50 mix of whey and micellular casein, mixed in water with 100g maltodextrin, 5g BCAA, 10g glutamine, 10g creatine monohydrate, 600mgs alpha lipoic acid, and 5g ornitho alpha ketoglutamate..(OKG). However, that sounds like a lot of work to me, so how about 2 grilled chicken breasts, a small n
baked potatoe and some broccoli.....hehehe.
Cheers, G.

Well, I couldn't say it better, but G-Force is absoluterly right. Low Carb, high protein, low fat and supplements. Plenty of sleep. Flex on.

I don't want to sound like an ad, but I've been using Muscle Meals from Muscle Link for a little over a month and it seems to be doing good things for me. I seem to be putting on some beef! I've been working out for 3 years but this past month has been the most productive in muscle growth and the ability to up my workout poundages. The stuff has a 40 gm whey/casine (how do you spell that?) blend, 10 gm of carbs (maltodextrin I think), 10 gm of glutamine peptides, and a slew of vitamins. I slam one of those after my workout which usually ends around 9:45 pm, shower, hit the sack. You can get it from netrition.com.
