I was wondering when I was asking questions about my laggin bodypart example chest people had a workout for week 1 and for week 2 changing exercise order and exercises. Do you all do this with different bodyparts? or basically just for chest. Just curious ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Do it for all bodyparts. I do the same workout 2 weeks in a row and then the 3rd week switch a couple exercises. In the midst of a hardcore session my training partner and I might randomly decide what exercises to do in what order. Gain experience in what works for you and use it. yes! we use it on all our bodyparts. I find it keeps us from going stale. As sometimes before we use to dread going to the gym. The results are better and we acually look forward to the gym. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I have one week where I do one set of exercises...the second week I do an entirely different set of exercises. I do this for all bodypart. And if I feel I need variety and just change them again. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
