i agree nobu but you build your recovery into your routine and you allways strive to add more weight to your exercises this is your basic training rules.but do you take your exercises to failure and beyond,or do you stop at a certian number of reps and hope that you covered all bases ithink undertraining is just as bad as overtraining.
