okay here's the problem, since i don't have time or the patience to start cooking myself chicken or fish every three hour, i need everyone's experience and knowledge to help build small easy receipies of high protein meals, i'm thinking sandwiches or something like that? is it possible, or do i need to carry my oven everywhere in order to get big? ------------------ "because I'm a genius" Sakuragi "muscle failure... and one more." Try shakes or bars. Or eat some good ole' tuna sandwich with milk, yummy. Or PB with milk. Its not rocket science dude.

Cook your meat all at once the day before, throw it in the fridge and pull it out when you need it. Rushed for time? Throw in shakes and tuna takes zero prep time. ------------------

Honest to god, bro. A couple cycles ago I did a basically all liquids diet. Every hour Id take in 40grams of whey and 60grams of complex carbs in powder form. It gave me incredible gains and a helluva bodyfat reduction. The constant liquid kept me feeling full.

You could put tuna in whole wheat bread for a nutritious sandwich.
