I have been doing SL deadlifts for quite a while and have just started bent leg. What I am wondering is what is the average ratio of one to the other that you do.
For example SL deadlifts 150lbs for 10, BL 175 for 10.
I know where I am is SL, just wondering what is a good weight I should expect to achieve for BL in comparison.
Thanks in advance.

ok....mine works out at about ...hmmm...
stiff is 65% or so of bent legged for 12 reps, but bent legged is WAY bigger as the reps go down. I'd go for SLD being about 2/3 of bent legged for 10 - 12 reps as being a fine ratio. G.
