i found out that drinking tons and tons of water in between sets can increase you r final pump. Have any of you guys tried this; some say its better to drink alot of h2o after a workout but i feel its the best during, and ton of it. it also makes you sweat more which i think greatly helps. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Sure. I drink between 2 and 3 litres during a workout. But don't over do-it cuz you don't wanna feel bloted when you get to your abs. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Try Power drinking BEFORE your workout. You should actually consume a litre or 2 before you hit the gym. Can't workout without that water bottle though. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

It has been scientifically proven (don't ask me where I read the report...but I remember it quite well...maybe Optimum Sports Nutrition), that muscle tissue will lose up to 30% of it's contractile force when in a state of dehydration. Much better to drink often throughout the day, particularly the hour or two before the gym. And continue drinking while training. Personally, I need a sip of water between every set. Usually go through about a liter or two during a workout. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
