hey can you give me some advice about my routine? like if i have to do more or is it just fine.

8 week cycle,then 1-2 weeks off training:
20-rep breathing squat
hammeer strength pullovers(very light)
dumbbell bench press
bent over rows or underhand pulldowns
one arm dumbbell seated shoulder press

i do 1 working set per exercise but 2 warmups with that.

what do you think?

thanks in advance

Sounds great! I would do Dips instead of DB press. They are harder. Think about it. I dip with say 100lbs for 6, that would be 315 for reps because I weigh 215lbs. Can I bench 315lbs for reps? Not really. Or even do DB Press with what 80s thats only 160lbs.So with Dips there is a more of an overload. Same as chins. Do those instead.

You training split looks pretty good. I have a few suggestions. I recommend putting another good productive exercise like Stiff-Legged Deadlifts. I believe that Deadlifts and Squats are probably the most productive exercises. I also recommend Parallel Bar Dips. Take each set to failure. 1 works set is all you really need. But in a few weeks, if you feel that just one set is not working for you move up a set or two. Do no more than 3 sets per body part. Take each set to failure. This is what I do if I were doing 3 sets. The first set would be taken to failure. The second would be taken to failure, but my training partner or spotter would help me push out 2-4 forced reps. And on my last set, I would have him assist me in 2-4 forced reps and then I would have him assist me in 3-4 negative reps. Only do these techniques on the bench press, pulldowns and rows. If you're doing squats and deadlifts, just take them to failure. But always use a spotter. If you have any more questions let me know. Here's another good split to try, if you're interested.

Squat 1-2 x 12-20
Parallel Bar Dip 1-2 x 6-10
Stiff-Legged Deadlifts 1-2 x 12-20
Dumbbell Press 1-2 x 6-10
Chins or Pulldowns 1-2 x 10-12
Barbell Curl 1-2 x 6-10
Standing Calf Raise 1-2 12-20
Crunch 1-2 x 20-30

------------------
Train Heavy

thanks you guys, i really like the idea of the dips and chins but the thing is im 410 lbs. so those are out the question, but are there other exercise like those i guess that you think i can do? also for next 8 weeks i really want to concentrat on the big muscle groups,(legs, back, chest, etc.) so the deasdlifts i might put in there but i do them in the sumo fashion, thats ok right?
