been training hard for about a month now and have added about 20lbs. Really enjoy the gain, but have not been able to lose fat. Do about 30 min. of aerobics on off days and 15 min. cardio after a hard training session. Am I doing too much not enough or right amount needed to lose the excess body fat. Please help.

If you want to lose fat, diet is the most important key. Eat 6-8 small meals a day. Weight train as if trying to build some size and add one or two isolation exercises to each body part. It's okay to cool down after weight training, with cardio. Don't make it intense. Only 10-15 minutes of very light cardio, followed by 10 minutes of stretching. I don't know how many days you weight train. I do High Intensity Training, so I have a lot of days away from weight training. To cut fat I do cardio 3 times per week for 20-30 minutes in the morning on an empty stomach. I recommend taking in 2,400-2,800 calories. Supplement with extra glutamine. From your calories these are the percentages your after. Carbs: 40%; Protein: 40% Fat: 20% Having 20% of the calories from fat, won't hinder fat loss. If you lower your carb intake, you should increase fat intake. Not too much, 20% is enough.

TRY DOING 45 MIN. OF CARDIO 3 TO 4 TIMES PER WEEK FIRST THING IN THE MORNING ON AN EMPTY STOMACH.
YOUR GLYCOGEN LEVELS WILL BE LOW AT THIS TIME SO MORE FAT WILL BE USED AS FUEL.
GIVE IT A TRY YOU GOT NOTHING TO LOOSE BUT FAT!!!
GOOD LUCK BRO.
