hey man I was wondering on my chest day i been doin dumbbell presses incline and flat should i switch to barbell?! I find that db make my chest look fairly good but flat? I dont know if u expereinced this and when I do bb presses i find my chest is very much more pumped. Any suggestions man?! also I am tryin to adapt to this Hit idea less excercises it feels like i am not doin enough maybe because i have been doin to many in the past or maybe cause i aint working hard enough or i dont know just weird. I will stick with it and see how it goes. People r telling me i aint doin enough and that trainin three days a week is tough to add mass. they train 5 days a week. what u think? k man thanks | ||

Im not Sour Jerk but Ill help you out anyways. You said the BB Press gives you a better pump. Well stay with the Barbell. Add DB Pullovers. This exercise really blows up the whole chest. My favorite exercise ever! OKay here is my routine for you to blow up your pecs.
Perfect if you work with back because your whole upper body will be pumped! Exspecially due to the pullovers. | ||

I actually seem to perfer it too others. It is always my foundation. I may not do exactly as Mentzer recommends, but I usually do 2 maybe 3 exercises per muscle group at 1-2 sets each. Reps are usually 6-10. |
