My weight-lifting routine- Bulk/Strength DAY 1 ARMS Barbell Curls- 4x6 DAY 2 LEGS Squats- 4x6 DAY 3 CHEST & SHOULDERS Dumbell Bench Press 4x6 DAY 4 BACK & TRAPS Chin-ups- 4x6 DAYS 5 & 6- REST DAY 7- REPEAT ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

your routine is pretty good except for a few minor flaws. #1 take a rest day in between,2 on 1 off 2 on 2 off #2 on legs i suggest you do squats , lunges than the leg ext.follow with hamstrings stiff leg deadlifts and leg curls #3 too much biceps work,cut out the hammer curls. #4 on chest day instead of the db press do flies every thing else i like...now go get big!!!!! s o u r j e r k kkkkkkkkkkk ps. ihope you build up to those reps not go straight into 6 on bb curl... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
