I just recently started doing bi's and tri's on the same day and I like it alot. I also like Back w/Traps as well. However, since you're bulking....I would do four sets for everything instead of just three, for the large muscle groups like chest, back, and shoulders. Just a thought. Otherwise looks good bro! delts ------------------

OK.....im gonna put my comments in by the routine, and then add some stuff or whatever. Also, if something is needless, i have removed it. Here is what you have left. Monday Chest Tuesday WED OFF Thursday FRIDAY BAck/ Traps Back SAT and SUN OFF

Everything looks pretty good. The only thing I would do would be to add more reps on your non compound exercises. I say this because of your gear. You might as well get as much blood in their as long as your blood is running thick with juice. Do you know what I mean? Good luck bro, ------------------

My first suggestion would be to drop all the behind the neck movements you're doing, just like G said. Those can be fairly destructive to your shoulders. I'd switch to doing front shoulder presses and pulldowns to the front (or chins). Since youre trying to emphasize your arms you might want to do reverse grip pulldowns or chins instead. I'd also consider adding SLDL on my ham day (if you werent going to do conventional or sumo deads on back day) and probably also do close grip bench on tri day. You want to try and stick with big, heavy, compound movements. Not little isolation movements like cable flys and one arm tricep extensions. FWIW

I would recommend that rather than do quads and chest (two large muscle groups) on the same day, do chest with shoulders and quads with calves. Your shoulders get worked hard on chest day anyway, so why not do them then.
