I am 24 5'8 and 185 LBS...I am lifting for mass do to my suplimintation (SP) I really want to concentrate on my arms and legs so let me know what you think.... Monday Chest quads Tuesday WED OFF Thursday TRI'S BI's FRIDAY BAck/ Traps Back Traps

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Are you training your hamstrings? Also, I'm gonna get ripped apart for this but I'll say it anyway. Train your adductors and abductors. Do lunges but instead of goin straight out move your leg out a 45 degree angle. Also use the "girlie" machine for them.
