I just have a couple exercise questions. When I do bench I use db's lately feel a better contraction but was wondering if i touch the wieghts together at the top or do I keep them seperated as if i was using the bar. k dips for chest do i lean foward a smidge or a lot or at all? and also I have trobuel gettting a good contraction in my back when working it i dont get that same tight feeling at the contraction as I do when doing chest or biceps does this mean I am not working it properly or just different muscles. thanks man and thanks a lot for helpin with the diet big help. thanks man

as you bring them together you have a tendency to take the stress off the muscle and put it in a support position.

a tip to try for dips is to tuck your knees up a bit when dipping. it will help you tip forward and let you emphasize chest contraction. (kindof a fetal postion)

just my .02 (didnt mean to step in sourjerkkkkkkkk k kkkk kk kkkkkk )
