Deadlift performed in a power rack so the bar only goes down to shin level. ![]() | ||

Most people won't agree with me here, but try Arnold's routine. He did 6 on 1 off and was likely on gear. Just maybe manipulate the arms and lats abit with extra curls and chins. You should be able to work out twice a day. ![]() |
