1 chest flat fly flat h.s incline fly incline h.s. low cable crossover abs 2back 3shoulders 4 arms 5legs 6 off 7 start over eat like a whore!!!! rest lots. | ||

Deadlift performed in a power rack so the bar only goes down to shin level. | ||

Most people won't agree with me here, but try Arnold's routine. He did 6 on 1 off and was likely on gear. Just maybe manipulate the arms and lats abit with extra curls and chins. You should be able to work out twice a day. |
