you need to focus all you energy around the deadlift.no other exercise builds more upperbody strength than the deadlift.do heavy sets of triples twice a week.also squat,do power cleans and chins.you back and shoulder will build immense strength from these exercises. sourjerkkkkkk IP: Logged |
