I've had this same question for months. I was told 45 lbs most of the time. Once I was told 65 lbs. So I usaually count it as 45lbs. IP: Logged |

If I am correct it is 45 lb. but I never count in in my routine, I go by the big bad plates, don't you love the sound of Iron! Flex on that. IP: Logged |
