how many different excersizes and sets do you guys do per bodygroup this is mine..

chest 4 excersizes, 12-14 sets
Bi's 3 excersized 9-10 sets
tris 3 excersizes 9-10 sets
shoulders 4 excersizes 12 sets
back 4 excerzies 12 sets
legs 4-5 excersizes 12-15 sets
calves- 2 excersizes 6-10 reps

I do more for my back, about 7. Also I do about 5-7 for legs. I hit the abductors and adductors so I don't pull a groin muscle. That shit hurts like a motha. For my calves I do at about 3 exercises for them, but change the position of my toes each set. One set toes out, next toes in, then toes straight out.

For all upper body muscle groups, I do 3 exercises and 12 sets. For the upper legs, I do 3 exercises and 15 sets And for my calves, I do 2 exercises and 8-10 sets.
