![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() In my personal opinion I would work-out one muscle group once a week, try something like four days on three days off or five days on two days off, with at least eight hours of sleep. Though you would be doing two muscle group in one day the next day you do a two different muscle groups. I know some bodybuilders out there might have different opinions but everybody's body is different. Into more depthness of training, if you are pleatuing or not seeing resulst try pyramid training or supersetting. Ask some guys at your gym Trust me they know. Flex on this. IP: Logged |
