hey man this is a dumb question but i seen u emphasized on not doing warm up sets till failure right. K so when doin these say 4 warm up sets before bb curls would that be just the bar or actually use a weightand do say 12-15 reps just curious figure If i dont ask I wont know right even if it is a stupid question its better then looking stupid thanks man IP: Logged |

actually this is not a dumb question at all warming up is crucial to get a good work out. a proper way to warm up is as follows.say your doing bb curls and your work sets are 80lb for 8 and 100lb for 6,yu want to build up to this weight gradually.what i would do is start with 20lb 15 40lb 10 60lb 6 70lb 3 now my muscle is quite warm and hungry for some heavy weights.now id start my two work sets and really h.i.t those guns hard... hope that clears things up bro..peace s o u r jer k IP: Logged |
