nyone read their power factor training book?
Its based on partiel reps for growth. Even static reps for growth. The book makes sense ( they tend too ) but they recommend 3 days per week, than 2, than 1... Im not sure If I can justify training once per week. That means chest, back, legs once every 3 weeks....toward the end of the program...

I've used Power Factor Training in the past.Immediately I notice I thicken up.Despite what many people will say I find it easier on my joints. When I use it my knees and shoulders never bother me.Check out amazon.com.It gets rave reviews. The only way you'll know if it works is if you try it.I think I'll give it another run starting next week.

I also have that book. The exercises that he recommends makes good sense. Hit the muscles hard and heavy! Using one exercise per muscle group, you get to train each muscle fully.

Since I HATE volume training, I'm curious about this book. Does the author/authors talk about the best diet to go with the workouts, or is it strictly training-oriented, leaving the diet to your preference? Also, to anyone who's done the routines, did you do them while cutting, bulking or maintaining?

I did try it for a few weeks. It felt weird presses 415lbs 30times for partiel movements. When I went back to full range I felt very uncordinated. What I do is use the same exercise protocol but will perform regular reps for full range.
