![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() im really pissed off because i wrote a long detailed post and just as i was finishing it up i got kicked off the net...arghhhhhhh.. well ill try to recreate that post once more. h.i.t is a program designed to avoid overtraining at all cost.overtraining seems to be a major problem in hardgainers that day 1 arms day 2 legs
day 4 back ,shoulders day 5 rest that hit routine should be good to get you started on the program..remmember these few things 2 eat over maintance calories nutrition counts for around 80% of your bb succsess 3 do not go to failure on warmup sets!!! 4 try to sleep 10 hours per day thats all i can remmeber now and im getting tired...a good site for training info IP: Logged |
