![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I ride an mtn bike for cardio work. I usually don't do real mtn biking since it'd take a while to get there, but I do ride on the bike path next to the river. I usually try to do some interval training when I ride. Periods of sprints followed by periods of slower paced cycling. When I get to my turning around point I'm usually too tired to do the sprints anymore so it's more of a relaxed pace on the way home. Good way to break up the monotany of cardio though. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() cool thanks for the input bros. i think i want to give it a shot. i hate to sit and do cardio at the gym when i could be outside or at least not staring at the tv. i planned on hitting some "sprints" or some hills as well, to get the legs up a bit. should be good for fast twitch stim to put on some good definition and strength along with what i put them through at the gym hehe.
