![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Anyone ever do this type of training? If yes, how has it done for you? I'm working on a program for the fall and I haven't really lifted heavy ever. What kind of growth can I expect? I am really gonna push my ass hard and bring up the fact that I'm through dieting and am just gonna maintain 140# until I figure out everything. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I did it for squats and it was very hard but I liked it. Give it a try. I did not supoerset that with leg curls because iit was to hard. The slow negative is no joke, it tears you up and the 60 sec. rest goes by like its 10 seconnds. You know you worked out though [This message has been edited by Vanguard (edited August 10, 2000).] IP: Logged |
