Dont quote me on this but I thought a Romanian Dead was with a good bend in your knees, maybe 30 degrees. IP: Logged |

romanian deads are done with slight a bend at the knees and they target the hams. s o urjerrk IP: Logged |

bend is around 30 degress or so. sumo is a completely different monster. that has to do with grip and foot spacing. i do my "stiff" leg dl's with a slight bend in them anyways not a pronounced one just a slight one. about the same as i do for calf raises. ill either do regular deadlifts (usual exercise) or if my back is tired from squatting hit up straight legs on hams day.
