try the search engine..i think it works now.. exercises..wel bent over lateral raises, bent over cable lateral raises, lying reverse cable crossovers, rear delt machine.. also, try splitting your deltoid rutine up...do your REAR deltoids on your back day..this will liven them up i guarantee.. ------------------ "...damn you for not giving my TEST" - Metallica "After this show i'll be fat and happy again.....If i make it to the show...." - Lee Priest "Lets put some weight on the bar.." - Shawn Ray IP: Logged |

If you go to the flye machines and do it backwards, your body facing the machine, now those work your rear delts pretty good ------------------ IP: Logged |

bro, try this one.... get the incline benc and set it near the bottom. (incline further back) and lay prone on it. do your rear delt raises lying on that. use maybe 20-25 lbs and try to get a good contraction at the top and resist a bit on the way down. key here is to be under total muscle control the whole way up and down. ie, you could stop any time throughout the movement. you will get a burn like nobody's business. got this exercise from macrophage a while back. really works well. also the pec deck with handles are good too. reverse on it and hit the rear delts. try different hand positions as well for dbell and pec deck. some hold thier hands like they are doing regular flyes (palms perpendicular from the floor if you were standing up) i like to take a grip like i am benching (ie palms parallel from the floor if i were standing)seems to allow me to concentrate on my rear delts more. hard to describe sorry. hehe. the best way to hity the rear delts is to work them on back day, along with rows, deads shrugs,do some behind the neck presses and rear laterals..the reason why many peoples front delts are so big is from benching.. if i were you id stop isolating front delts completley. sourjerrkkkkk IP: Logged |

I like what bignate73 said about the incline. I think you can hit it two ways doing this. You could try it with palms facing in, or palms facing back. If you do it with your palms facing back you will find out you will have to drop yet more weight. Try both ways it is a great burn. IP: Logged |

Thanx bros, I'm gonna have to hit them twice a week, they are buggin the shit out of me. Ican't believe I didn't notice the difference until now. I wonder if it is because i ripped down so much that it became more visible. I like bignates inlcline thing, the other thing sounds good too, it sounds like more of a finishing exercise though. Since they are lagging somebody suggest an amount of sets tto bring them up to speed quick. I will train them with shoulders and then with back, as I have heard that training them with back works well. IP: Logged |
