It's been almost a month stuck in the same weight.. 183-185.. i'm trying to gain muscle mass, i gained alot of weight before but now im stuck... should i change some of the reps or excersises i curently do, or eat more?? or just be patient and keep doin what i'm doin, thanx. -frank | ||

They key to breaking plateus is variation. Definitely change your exerise routing incorporating both new techniques and heavier wiehgts. Try changing your diet also by intaking more protien. Supplementation is also a good way to break plateus and increase motivation. Just try something different because if you keep doing what you're doing then your body adapts to it.. thats how it works. Try using creatine, tribex500 or even some juice! | ||

Hey Frank you might want to try to change up the routine a little bit or even pyramid training seems to work for some guy. Definitely invest in some supplements, especially Creatine and also a good Protein source. Alot has to do with your mind don't think of it being heavy just think positive and it will go up for you. Flex on this. | ||

Damn you EXACTLY where I am now exept I'm a couple pounds heavier (maybee fatter) yeah it suck so u'm just going heavy low volume for fun for a while. |
