With out a doubt Deadlifts. It recruits the most number of muscles. Although clean and jerks would also be an excellent exercise if you were just going to have to choose one. IP: Logged |

I also love deads (my favourite exercise), but high pulls also kick ass, especially for the type 2b muscle fibers. IP: Logged |
