hey man thanks for responding to my post. I am having a real hard time adding weight and you said that u have done amazing things with your diet. I am just curious if u can help me out with mine or tell me a similar diet to yours. I am only 20 a shitty cook and dont exactly have a lot of money to spend on food I have enough just cant go to all out you know. But if u could help me come up with something that would be great. thanks man sorry if i am wasting your time

ok you say you have a high metabolism..so do i man, i coulndt gain a pound no matter what i did...untill i started readin up on diting for mass..and i tell ya, it was a mind blower. at 6'2, if i wanna lok big, i gotta be 220 at least. wich i am, offseason anyway...its hard for me to tell you what to eat and stuff..but i can post MY bulking diet..so you can get a hint of whats to come..

Meal 1

200g oatmeal
3dl low fat milk
3dl orange juice
1 banana
6 eggwhites
2 yolks
+ multivitamins etc.

Meal2

2 scoops protein powder
3dl low fat milk
1 orange

Meal3

1 chicken breast (skinless)
1 chicken wing (skinnless)
150g brown rice (precooked weight)
50g frozen vegetables (precooked weight)
3-5dl orange juice

Meal4(pre workout)
150g oatmeal
2 scoops protein powder
3dl low fat milk

Meal5(post workout)
100g Branflakes
2 scoops protein powder
3dl low fat milk

Meal6
200-300g meat (steak, ham, "meat dough")
150g brown rice (precooked weight)
50g frozen vegetables (precooked weight)
3-5dl orange juice

Meal7
6 eggwhites
2 yolks
2 slices of whole grain bread
2-3 tbs PB

Meal8
2 scoops protein powder
3dl low fat milk

Meal 1: 1216kcal, 29g fat, 185g carb, 60g pro

Meal 2: 359kcal, 7g fat, 31g carb, 45g pro

Meal 3: 901kcal, 7g fat, 159g carb, 48g pro

Meal 4: 748kcal, 16g fat, 97g carb, 59g pro

Meal 5: 643kcal, 10g fat, 92g carb, 61g pro

Meal 6: 1325kcal, 48g fat, 159g carb, 62g pro

Meal 7: 629kcal, 32 g fat, 41g carb, 44g pro

Meal 8: 298kcal, 7g fat, 16g carb, 44g pro

thats a good diet do u measure everything that you eat? do u do any cardio? and what type or protein sup do u use? also one question kinda dumb but what is dl stand for?
thanks for your help man everyone that works out at my gym is a asshole and wouldnt help if the world was ending so thanks a lot man.I am grateful for any advice u give me.

Mr Muscle, I hate doing this, but I really have to say something here. I am 5'11" 200 right now, probably about 9, or 10 %B/F. I think your weight is the same as mine. I have seen your pics and I have to say I am twice your size and I do not eat half of what you just posted. I find it very hard to believe you do too. If everything you wrote is true, I am very sorry and I see you as a god.

Eminem: i use whey as a protein source. and yeah i measure everything i eat dl stands for deciliter, 1 dl is a tenth of a liter. when im bulking up i do cardio every third day, mainly to keep my red bloodcells pumping.


Hotblood: read my pic post man, thats AFTER dieting down. i eat less than half the calorie inntake when dieting down. and on the pics im at 5% bf. wich is pretty low. yeah i aint a big guy, not yet anyway. i bulk up to 240 offseason, and then im at 10% bf. and why would i lie? i dont play like that.

yeah, MM is fake!! i seen his real picture, the guy weighs 270 lbs and is about 2 donuts away from a massive cardiac stroke

on the good side though, the guy knows his stuff about dieting...
