Beyond Brawn is a great book. I don't recommend Arnold's book. It's not bad, but the training in there will leave you overtrained. His method is a little out dated. He recommends eating three big meals a day instead of 6 smaller ones. Three meals can work, but it's not as good as 6 smaller meals. It shows good info on bodybuilding history and on exercise form. I like the book but I would never follow his training routines. ------------------ IP: Logged |
