I just wanted to get something straight... when all you guys mention what your load is, do you count the bar, or exclude it (on free weights of course)?

It's generally accepted practice to include the bar weight when posting poundage. 45lbs for a regular straight bar and an ez bar is something like 20lbs.

45 lbs is 45lbs I'm sure all lifters include that in there lift's i would.400 sounds a lot better than 355 would'nt you agree.
