Your mon program is too long. Too many sets on chest/tri group. And there are too many biceps exercises into your friday routine. IMHO IP: Logged |

1. I would do shoulders before triceps. 2. I would cut down on sets for Tri's and bi's. 3. I would add deadlifts to my routine(either on leg or back day). Other than that it looks pretty good. ------------------ IP: Logged |

I would cut down on the amount of exercises you are doing and take everything to failure. IP: Logged |

I could tell you what I think and make some suggestions, but it would be irrelevant! Are you still making gains? If you are then I wouldn't change anything. ---------------------------------------- Train..........................(S)mart IP: Logged |

Are you a beginner. most would do warm up sets. keep your tri and bi down to 3 excercises with only a tad rest between sets. add deadlifts to your leg day. no smith machine squats if you are doing them. only free bar. make 4 excercises for front legs. add another for hams. do calf excercises too. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Personally,I gotta deadlift. It is like squats,no matter what my program looks like,I'm doing them. I also gotta have more leg work.2 sets of leg curls wouldn't even warm up my hams. But hey, that's just me. IP: Logged |
