Whenever I do deep leg movements (squats, hack, etc) 2 -3 days later I get this terrible leg pain (were talking about intense pain that locks the muscle and is pretty much debilating) in the inside of my legs, it is deep and more toward the rear inside. It usually takes roughly 5 to 6 days to rep-coup. It usually take 2 days to appear I figure it partly due to favoring different muscles when a walk due to muscle fatigue. The pain is annoying but the big thing is it interupts the training of other body parts. Any ideas on prevention (it not groin pain BTW I know what that feels likes) ------------------ I had weak spots 2 years ago. IP: Logged |

You may be squatting too deep. Go down only to the 90 degree mark. Have you talked with your doctor about this? If not, I strongly suggest that you do. Good luck! IP: Logged |

All the general practioners want to do is put me on NSAID's and maybe a muscle relaxer. Not a solution.... The two doctors I really trust (both surgens and powerlifters in their day) are both 250 miles away. I guess I have to suck-it-up for a while IP: Logged |
