i think its time for me to change up my schedule considering that I have been using the same one for a while now, but I haven't figured a good routine yet. I have been lifting for 2 years but I need to change it up a bit, check it out...... Monday - Back what do you guys think? IP: Logged |

What did the old one look like? Have you considered throwing shoulders in there with back or chest? You'd have 3 days rest that way. IP: Logged |

I personally make every attempt to NOT do chest or arms at the beginning of the week. Most of the gyms I've been in are absolutely full on Mondays and Tuesdays when the chest/arms crowd is there, and much more empty the rest of the week. I try to give myself at least a 1 day rest between any exercises that work the same muscle, so I never do a tri workout or shoulder workout or chest workout on back-to-back days. I also like working out on the weekends, I'm plenty rested and have plenty of room in the gym. My current schedule is this: Monday: off IP: Logged |
