Damn dude you just said my routine to the E. I do about 3 exercises per body part except back and legs. Love training legs. I live for leg training. I'm not sure if I need to do more than 3 exercises per part though. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Good Advice, pick 3 or 4 exercises per bodypart, legs need around 5-6 solid exercises, you should be in and out of the gym in 45 min to an hour, leg day should be around 1 hour and 30 minutes. This is just how my shit is. IP: Logged |

Ruckus, if your the type of person that is quite thin and lean, and finds it hard to put on muscular weight,3 to 4 excercises per body part is too much, two is plenty, with the exception of back, which you could do three. If on the other hand your an easy gainer and are at the other end of the scale the 3-4 approach might suit you.Good luck. You are going to overtrain your arms because your doing all upper body in the first three days go 2 days on one day off. Start with back then chest, day off then legs then arms, then day off major muscle groups don't do more than 10-12 sets, except legs you can do 12-16 sets. Shit like arms no more than 6-8 sets! ------------------ IP: Logged |
